Yes, my favourite AI, InspiroBot, now has its own religion.
And devoted Botulists are spreading its puzzling messages across the globe.
InspiroBot is “an artificial intelligence dedicated to generating unlimited amounts of unique inspirational quotes for endless enrichment of pointless human existence.”
That’s what the website says.
However, it has a tendency to completely bungle up its objective, and deliver the most unhinged and bewildering statements. The quotes are often not as inspiring as they are hysterically funny.
But sometimes it also achieves its goal and produces fantastic words of wisdom which truly does enrich the ‘pointless human existence’.
The fascinating thing is that you never know what mood or state you will find it in. Mad Professor Mode, Rambling Psychotic, New Age Guru…it is ever changing.
What can I say…
The Lord works in mysterious ways.
