You cannot know ahead of time which fetus, if allowed to grow into a viable human baby, will do acts of good or acts of evil.
As far as I remember from history class, Hitler’s mother had tried, unsuccessfully, to have children for many years. Most of her children were either stillborn or died very young. Being born into that situation, I would assume that he was wanted and loved, and well taken care of. That did not stop him from later becoming a megalomaniac and mass murderer.
Rotten eggs can come from good families, and good ones from troubled homes.
Which children will grow up to benefit society, there is no way of knowing.
The only thing that is relatively certain, is that we are headed for an overpopulation crisis. Adding to it does not make sense.
